I research the regulation of networked society. I am an ARC DECRA research fellow, researching notice and takedown and the governance of social networks. I am a Chief Investigator of QUT's Digital Media Research Centre, where I lead a program of research on the regulation and governance of the internet and social media. I am a Professor in the Law School at QUT, where I teach intellectual property, internet law, and jurisprudence and research the peer economy, digital copyright, and knowledge commons. I am also a Chief Investigator of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society.
